Magee started the second well going 3-0 up when Stolzenbach had to withdraw to injury. Next up for Chloe in the round of 16 was French player Perrine Le Buhanic. Chloe had beaten Perrine earlier this Season in the European Team Championships but she did not take the game for granted as the French number one is hugely powerful and explosive so could not be underestimated. The Irish number one once again controlled her opponent as she eased out another comfortable victory winning 21-16 21-12 to book her place in the Quarter finals. In the quarters she played Ksenia Polikarpova and again took another straight set victory 21-16 21-15 to set up her second semi-final of the day.
